Shipping and
Delivery Prompt Delivery! Most orders in by 5:00pm(ET) ship the same day by
UPS ground service. US mail and FEDEX priority delivery are available upon
request for an extra charges. We charge actual shipping cost which includes
insurance/fuel/handling for full value of merchandise against loss or damage.
The Shipping Charges are based on using UPS standard ground service to any
destination point within 48 United States. Orders from within the Eastcoast are
delivered in 2 to 3 business days, other parts of US in 5 to 6 business days.
Our transformers and regulators are very heavy, we pack them very well and
insure them 100%. But if you get a box that looks damaged, please refuse the
box.

Policy Exchange or replacement only within 15 days for merchandise found
intially defective on first hand use, or if you placed an order for products you
could not use. You can return an item within 15 days for a exchange or a credit
to your credit card account. This applies only to the merchandise never used and
in unopened original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer
is responsible for shipping charges to return the item. Our return policies are
made to protect both parties the shipper and the consignee. Because initially we
found customer had used our product during their travel abroad and then returned
it once back in the states for a full refund. We are now taking precaution to
